Welcome to SKOJ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online judge platform and related services (“Services”). By using SKOJ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
SKOJ provides an online platform for coding practice, problem-solving, and competitive programming. Through the platform, users can solve practice problems, participate in coding contests, view performance and progress, and engage in discussions. All Services are provided “as is,” and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
Some problems and contests on SKOJ may be created or hosted by third-party authors or organizations. SKOJ gives credit to third-party authors wherever applicable.
SKOJ may provide links or access to third-party websites, applications, or services. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. SKOJ is not responsible for any content, services, or actions of third parties.
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.
You agree to use SKOJ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may solve problems, participate in contests, and engage in discussions respectfully. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
